Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Personalized or custom items require a two-week lead time to create the piece.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Complimentary on all U.S. orders over $75.

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for orders placed before 12 PM EST.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

• We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
